Transitions

The transition to a new class is very important. For each year group we host meetings called 'Welcome to Year ...' - the slides shared at these meetings are below.

We have also created a 'Transition Booklet' to share with your child before they begin their new year group to help them to have a smooth transition - these are also available below.
